Looks like you need to track down a copy of "The Speed Seekers" by Thomas G Foxworth. Doubleday & Co 1974. ISBN 0-385-06050-5 . Often on eBay and there are 24 copies right now on Abebooks, cheapest is just £10 (a steal)

560 pages, large format and covers all the great air races and aircraft from 1919 to about 1927. Bee-Lines are in there, several pages, pictures and 3-views

I agree! Actually, the references i have at the moment come from my copy of The Speed Seekers: what a great book, and mine was ridiculously cheap as well.

I was curious to see if there were any more photos available of an obscure, but not that obscure racer.

The 3-view in the book is excellent, however!

I bought my copy on eBay a few years back for £20 and it turned out to be signed by the author, which was unexpected.

Checked my files but cannot find anything else on the Bee Line I'm afraid.
